Who is eligible to enroll in Legal Service Plans? |

The Plan is designed for Credit Union Families.

Who in my family is eligible to use the plan? |

The enrolled member, spouse and all dependants, as defined by the IRS.

What should I do if I have a legal problem or questions? |

You contact your Access Attorney by dialing the toll-free number from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday except holidays.

How much does it cost and how often can I use the services of the Access Attorney? |

Your membership fee of $105 per year ($99 for convenient share deduction payment), covers unlimited phone conversations with your Access Attorney to discuss your legal matters.

What does a “Simple Will” cover? |
 |
A “Simple Will” is a will that provides for the general distribution of all property, identifies the beneficiaries, names a personal representative (executor), and does not involve any trust, legacies, disinheritance provisions or complex tax arrangements.
