How many Simple Wills are provided at no cost per membership year? |

Annually, a Member, Spouse or Dependent is entitled to the drafting or revision of one Simple Will at no added cost. There is a limit of one Will (or one updating of an existing Will) per membership, per year.

What happens if my legal problem cannot be handled over the phone and requires the use of a local attorney? |
 |
If an Access Attorney determines that any legal matter is beyond the scope of service performed by the Access Attorney’s Office under the Plan, with the consent of the Covered Individual, that matter will be referred to a participating Referral Attorney.

How much will the Referral Attorney charge? |
 |
The hourly fee is $100.00 for personal representation.
|

What is/isn’t included in closing fees? |
 |
A closing includes all fees for meeting with you, drawing up papers, doing the title search, arranging and attending the actual closing, and filing the papers after the closing. What it does not include is property appraisal, title insurance, if it is required, and per page expense for filing papers.
