Legal Service Plans are available directly to individuals and through participating credit unions.  When compared to average attorneys' rates, the Plan's annual membership fee is a huge value.  For as low as $99 per year, Legal Service Plans members are afforded the opportunity to benefit from a variety of legal services including the following:

	Free Legal Advice and Consultation - A quick, toll-free phone call to your Access Attorney will give you the legal advice you need.
	Free Simple Will - Annually, your Access Attorney will prepare one Simple Will at no added cost for you or your spouse.
	Free Legal Letters and Phone Calls - Often a letter written or telephone call made on your behalf from your Access Attorney will be enough to prevent a legal problem or settle it in your favor.
	Free Simple Document Review - You can submit simple documents, such as leases, retail and residential purchase agreements, to your Access Attorney for review.
	Special Reduced Fees - Whenever you need more extensive personal representation, a Referral Attorney from your vicinity will represent you at an hourly rate significantly below what is normally charged in your area.
	Quotations For Service - Your Referral Attorney will evaluate a problem and give you a good faith estimate of the cost of pursuing your matter. This can help you decide whether the legal route will be the best for you.
	Reduced Fees on Real Estate Closings - With a Plan attorney your legal closing costs, title search included, will be an attractively low rate.
	Identification Card and Certificate Of Coverage - You will receive your own Legal Service Plan Identification Card to carry with you. It lists the toll free number; all you need to take advantage of the service. You will receive a Certificate or Coverage detailing Plan benefits, too!

Legal Service Plans Inc. is in business of promoting and administering legal access plans for either a group or voluntary enrollment environment. When an individual enrolls in a plan administered by Legal Service Plans, Inc., he or she is assigned to an Access Attorney who is designated to serve the geographical area, which includes the member’s residence. The new member is sent an identification card and a Certificate of Coverage, both of which bear an identification number. The Certificate effectively communicates the terms and conditions of the Plan in which the member, including spouse and dependants, is enrolled.
